A gay couple living in Auckland in New Zealand, who had three surrogate babies in Mexico, have found themselves stranded in the Latin American country.

Nicky Leonard Beard, who is 32 years old and his husband David Beard, who is 41 years old had recently celebrated the firth of their three babies. The babies, Lachlan, Kelly and Blake were born to two surrogate mothers in Mexico in the previous month. The couple are among the last gay couple to go to Mexico for surrogacy as the country has recently changed its laws relating to the subject.
