SBE Entertainment Group, which owns the SLS Hotels brand, has announced that it has acquired New York-based Morgans Hotel Group Co. for $82 million.

US analysts predict that Costco could raise its annual membership fees next year. The action might be mainly due to slowing growth in revenue. The prediction says the retailer might spike its yearly fees by approximately ten percent in the coming year.

On Friday, Michael Lasser , an analyst with New York  based UBS said, he was not completely sure that the company will raise the fees but he was projecting firm growth for Costco next year , partially counting  the expected increase.

The "Gateway project" secured $70 million in additional funding which will be evenly split between Amtrak and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
